The edit button feature for Twitter is being tested for a long time. In the early months of this year, the company's CEO Parag Aggarwal confirmed that the edit button feature for Twitter was being tested. However, the Twitter edit button feature is currently being rolled out to Twitter Blue i.e. premium users, who will be getting this feature in the next few weeks.

According to a report, this feature will give users about 30 minutes to edit any tweet. This means that users will only have 30 minutes to fix the tweet if someone posts a tweet and there is a mistake in it. Also, users will have the option to view the original tweet even after editing the tweet. This means that if a user edits a tweet however many times, the original tweet will also be displayed.
Edit Button feature has been rolled out in the country
At the moment, Twitter's edit button feature will be rolled out in a few countries. Only then can this feature be rolled out to users in other regions. The Twitter Blue subscription feature is currently only available for users in America, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. As such, this feature is being rolled out only for users in these countries. Users have to pay $4.99 (approximately 400 rupees) per month for Twitter Blue subscription.
