But after the arrival of this feature, who is doing the group exit, this information will be available only to the group admin and not to the rest of the participants.

At present, if any user exits the group chat, the WhatsApp system informs all the participants through a message that you have left the group. WhatsApp will roll out this feature for both Android and iOS users in the coming days. According to the report, this feature is currently in the development process of WhatsApp Desktop Beta. It will be rolled out for the users soon.
512 people will be able to be added to the group soon
